If your claim concerns MLS listing content, please also contact the listing brokerage and the originating MLS, since correcting the source record is usually the fastest remedy.

Filing a Notice of Claimed Infringement

If you believe material on this site infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act on behalf of, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notice.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as the full URL) for us to locate it.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so we can contact you.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Incomplete notices may not be actionable. Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.

Counter-Notice

If your material was removed or disabled and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send our designated agent a counter-notice containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to remove content and to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
